„Train the trainers“ organized by ENEEP is the second round of demo activities. This nine working days course will be held between 28. 08. 2022 – 07. 09. 2022 at three ENEEP partner institutions, i.e. STU in Bratislava, BME in Budapest and JSI in Ljubljana.
The aim of the course is to demonstrate the capabilities of the ENEEP platform to organize compact joint courses at several institutes as a showcase of the ENEEP platform for young trainers and university teachers, who can bring their findings back to their home institutes and present them to their students who can attend the new courses and E&T activities in the future. Therefore, the course is aimed at trainers from industrial companies, university lecturers and professors teaching nuclear engineering, nuclear physics, or numerical simulations. It is also suitable for teachers and lecturers of power engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering involved in education programmes including subjects related to nuclear engineering or nuclear power plants.
There are multiple benefits resulting from this course. It is on one hand the transfer of competencies from the ENEEP project to the association, which is being established now and which will carry out the E&T activities started under the framework of the H2020 project. On the other hand, this course will also be a unique opportunity to gather information and inputs for the creation of the network of vocational training courses under the new Horizon Europe ENEN2plus project.
Since the “Train the trainers” courses is still organized from the funds of the ENEEP project, the selected participants from eligible countries can attend the course for free and will be given a support of 1950 EUR to cover the costs related to attending the three venues. Participants for noneligible countries will be charged a course fee of 4 500 EUR.
